Be FIT thanks to a water training!
Aqua aerobic is a fusion of the cardio and power training. Take advantage of our diverse sports equipment in order to stimulate your muscles and improve the balance! Help your metabolism, burn the fatty tissue and make your skin elastic! And all of these without any harm or burden to the spine and joints!

You will train at the sounds of relaxing music. And you can always ask an instructor for guidelines.

The classes take place all the week at 11:00 am, 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.

Diving

Every Sunday from 10:00 am until 12:00 am our lifeguards show the youngest how to dive. Bring your child to the internal pool “Bonior basisty” and let them become a diving master! The classes are free of charge.

Discover the unique world of aroma rituals! You can take advantage of them daily at 12:00 m, 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm in the "Łozpolna Maryna" (traditional sauna 90 degrees C).
